Purchasing a home is one of the largest investments you'll make in your life. It's important that you know what condition the property is in and what kind of repairs it might require before you sign the mortgage. Bill's Home Inspection Services will work to ensure we provide the most accurate information about the property as possible.
If you're thinking about selling your home, it's also a good idea to have it inspected to identify any problems prior to the sale. That way, you can complete any repairs ahead of time and make sure the home is in optimal selling condition. Our home inspectors have experience identifying issues that would otherwise go unnoticed.
When we inspect the home, we take a careful look at:
- Interior components
- Exterior components
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Roof, attic, and insulation
- Garage and grounds
Commercial Building Inspections
Obtaining a quality commercial building to conduct business in is key to success. At Bill’s Home Inspection Services, our commercial building inspection - interior, exterior and mechanical systems - will include valuable information to make you aware of any existing deficiencies, major repairs, and the property's overall condition. We'll also highlight the positive aspects of the commercial building in our report, ensuring you're well informed about your investment.
Banks and lending institutions often require a WDIIR Inspection to look for damage from termites or other wood-destroying insects before closing the sale of a home. A licensed pest control business will prepare a WDIIR document to inform the lending institution and buyer about any present damage resulting from a termite infestation. WDIIR documents have two pages.
The first page includes basic information about the inspection, such as the property's address, and answers basic questions about it. These questions will focus on whether there's been a past infestation, or if there's current damage.
The second page includes more details. It pinpoints specific areas of concern and areas that are inaccessible to inspection. At the bottom of the page, an inspector can draw the structure with these details included.
Bill's Home Inspection Services thoroughly inspects both the inside and outside of all accessible areas, detailing all findings during the inspection. In most circumstances, we'll offer a subterranean termite contract if we don't find termites.
If you're in need of an immediate inspection in your residential home or commercial building in Oro Valley, Arizona, contact Bill's Home Inspection Services. We look forward to proving why our eagle eye is the best in the business.
